| February, 2013 | Contents of the .csv files for eClass and Excel data have been modified. The eClass file now includes a column for "First Name" while a column header row has been added to the Excel option to label the contents of each column. |
| October, 2012 | We are trying out a new package for administering online USRI surveys this fall (called CoursEval). This package will be used instead of Remark Web Survey for GFC's USRI surveys of courses which do not have a face-to-face component. |
| July, 2012 | Access to USRI results on the Web has now been extended so that Deans, Chairs & Directors may request that access to results for employees in their unit be given to designated alternates. An e-mail was sent from University Hall to inform them of the process to do this. |
| March, 2012 | Class lists, including those created by Examtab, now include the sheet number at the beginning of each record to facilitate locating answer sheets for particular students. This information appears in the hard copy of the results (.srt file) as well as in the Excel file. The additional information is not included in the eClass (_w.csv) file. |

| March, 2011 | Access to USRI results on the Web was restricted to students in February, 2011. Access has now been extended so that instructors may view their personal results (from 2005 onward). Persons other than students will be directed to a page indicating what years have data available for them. This includes the possibility that they have no identifiable personal results. |

| November, 2009 | We have acquired a Kodak i1840 high speed document scanner to support more general scanning activities than those accomplished with our optical mark readers. While our focus will be to support the processing of surveys and questionnaires, the machine may also be used for more general document scanning activities. |
| September, 2008 | The Online IDQ Requisition system has been updated to allow ordering of questionnaires that are to be administered via the Web for GFC and EXTN questionnaires. This service should not be used for classes that include face-to-face contact with the students where paper-based questionnaires can be handed out. |
| October, 2007 | We have had inquiries about pre-printing a test-booklet number on the General Purpose Answer sheets in order to more accurately and efficiently code numbers on the answer sheets that will tie them to their respective test booklets. We have implemented a utility to do this for a charge of 0.05 per sheet (in addition to the cost of buying the answer sheets). |

This eliminates the need to send us an IDQ Requisition form and allows you to preview the questionnaire that you wish to generate.
